Just slide the key into the lock and you’ll be given $500. The key then goes into your trunk.

You have to buy everything on your shopping list.

First go to Flourish and Botts and buy all the books they have

Second 

Head towards Potage’s Cauldron Shop and buy Pewter cauldron

“This is the ideal starter cauldron, as used by first-year students at Hogwarts. It’s perfect for brewing a wide range of potions and carrying books to class. Please note: depending on how the potion is made, some cauldrons are faster at brewing than others.”

Third

Find Wiseacre’s Wizarding Equipment. Within the store, you will need to purchase the Crystal phials, Brass Scales and Brass Telescope.

Fourth

Choose your pet, who will become your avatar in Eeylops Owl Emporium

When your shopping is done, the south side of Diagon Alley will unlock and you can enter Ollivanders. Just zoom in on Diagon Alley and click on the right arrow sign.
